The critical handoffs

  1. Before entryMike privately texts the current group’s names. Everyone is in position.
  2. Bedroom door closesScream performer collects the towel-filled bloody bag and prepares the crossing.
  3. Bedroom door opensScream performer passes toward the dining room: “She’s ready for you.”
  4. Amanda says “Run”Brian appears. Mike leads the group through the living room to the exit.
  5. Group is clearRing girl returns, bag goes back, all scares reset. Confirm ready before the next group.

To settle at rehearsal

Open cast roles · picture trigger · Ring-girl line selection · closet-chain cue rehearsal · Brian’s prop · Ring girl’s route to the exit.

Stage it safely

“Run” is the dramatic line; the guide controls the pace out. Keep the exit clear, use inert prop weapons, and keep chains decorative rather than restraining anyone. Agree on a stop word and a way for any kid to leave with the guide.
